The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the edgeless.network platform and services (the "Service") provided by Edgeless Labs, Inc. ("Edgeless") a registered company in the British Virgin Islands. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service. Edgeless is a developer of software that powers the Service. The Service enables you to launch and host smart contracts on the Edgeless Network, an Arbitrum Nitro layer 2 that settles to the Ethereum Layer 1 network. No services (as defined below) are offered to persons or entities who reside in, are citizens of, are located in, are incorporated in, or have a registered office in any restricted territory (as defined below, and any such person or entity from a restricted territory, are "restricted person”). We do not make exceptions, if you are a restricted person, then do not attempt to use any of the services. Use of a Virtual Private Network ("VPN”) to circumvent the restrictions set forth herein is prohibited. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service.
3. Use of Service
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
4. Your Wallet
To use the Service, you need a non-custodial wallet. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering with our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet. You may choose to provide your email address to us, but it is not mandatory to use the Service.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights when using the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following: Using the Service to conduct any fraudulent or illegal activities like money laundering Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others Using the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam Using the Service to transmit viruses or other malicious code Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks Using any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the Service
6. Fees and Payments
The use of the Service may involve fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Service. Edgeless reserves the right to change the fees at any time without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Edgeless. You may not use or reproduce any Edgeless intellectual property without Edgeless’ prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Edgeless makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
9. Limitation of Liability
Edgeless is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Edgeless and our Representatives (collectively, "indemnified parties”) from any claim, demand, lawsuit, action, proceeding, investigation, liability, damage, loss, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to (a) use of, or conduct in connection with the Services; (b) Digital Assets associated with your Ethereum address; (c) any feedback or user content you provide to Edgeless, if any, concerning the Services; (d) your violation of these Terms or (e) your infringement or misappropriation of the rights of any other person or entity. If you are obligated to indemnify any Indemnified Party, Edgeless (or, at our sole discretion, the applicable Indemnified Party) will have the right, in our or its sole discretion, to control any action or proceeding and to determine whether Edgeless wishes to settle, and if so, on what terms, and agree to cooperate with Edgeless in the defense.
10. Termination
Edgeless may terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

13. Risks
By accessing or using the Services, you understand and agree to the inherent risks associated with cryptographic systems and blockchain-based networks; Digital Assets, including the usage and intricacies of native Digital Assets. Edgeless does not own or control any of the underlying blockchain networks. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree (a) that Edgeless is not responsible for the operation of the blockchain-based software and networks underlying the Services, (b) that there exists no guarantee of the functionality, security, or availability of that software and networks, and (c)that the underlying blockchain-based networks are subject to sudden changes in operations rules,, such as those commonly referred to as "forks" which may materially affect the Services. Blockchain networks use public and private keys cryptography. You alone are responsible for securing your private key(s).
